At Velotric, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in like-new condition with original packaging and less than 10 miles on the odometer.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the Returns Portal with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the verification process.
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Securely pack your Velotric e-bike in its original box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
